2 Phase weekly reflection on😍 THIRD WEEK😍July 3-7
Throughout this week of teaching practice, I have experienced both triumphs and challenges, leading to valuable insights and growth. Engaging with my students in the classroom was incredibly rewarding, as I observed their enthusiasm and progress in understanding the subject matter. Implementing interactive teaching methods, such as group discussions and hands-on activities, fostered a dynamic learning environment that encouraged student participation. However, I also faced the challenge of addressing individual learning differences effectively. This has inspired me to research and incorporate more inclusive strategies to accommodate diverse needs in the future. Overall, this week's experience has reinforced my passion for teaching and motivated me to continually refine my instructional approach to better support and empower my students' educational journey.
