During the second phase of teaching, I focused on being proactive in my approach, and it has made a significant impact on my classroom dynamics and student engagement. By anticipating potential challenges and preparing ahead of time, I was able to create a more structured and efficient learning environment. I implemented various strategies such as creating detailed lesson plans, incorporating interactive activities, and addressing individual student needs proactively. This approach allowed me to address potential disruptions or misconceptions before they could hinder the learning process. As a result, I noticed improved student participation, increased motivation, and a more positive classroom atmosphere.
