During this week's reflection on my teaching practice, I found it to be a valuable opportunity for self-assessment and growth. I took the time to evaluate the effectiveness of my instructional strategies and reflect on the engagement and progress of my students. I reviewed the learning outcomes and made adjustments to better cater to the diverse needs of my learners. Additionally, I reflected on my communication with students and sought ways to improve clarity and foster a positive classroom environment.
