During the weekly reflection of my teaching practice, I took the opportunity to carefully assess and evaluate the effectiveness of my instructional methods and their impact on student learning. I reflected on the various strategies and techniques I employed in classroom, considering how they aligned with the needs and abilities of my students. This reflection allowed me to recognize areas of strength and areas that required improvement, enabling me to make necessary adjustments in my approach. Additionally, I examined the feedback received from students and colleagues, valuing their insights and suggestions for enhancing the learning experience. Through this regular reflection process, I strive to continually grow as an educator and provide the best possible education for my students.
