2 phase weekly reflction on😍FIFTH WEEK😍JULY 17-22

During this week of teaching practice, I have experienced both moments of success and areas for improvement. Engaging with my students and witnessing their enthusiasm for learning has been incredibly rewarding. I noticed that incorporating interactive activities and visual aids effectively enhanced their understanding of complex topics. However, I also recognized the need to refine my time management skills, as some lessons ran longer than anticipated. Additionally, I plan to explore different strategies to address the diverse learning needs within the classroom to ensure that every student receives the support they require. Overall, this week has been a valuable learning experience, and I look forward to implementing these insights to further enhance my teaching practice in the future.
